GHANAIANS URGED TO HELP THEIR NEIGHBOURS

Story: Tim Dzamboe, Likpe-Kukurantumi

A newly ordained reverend minister of the Global
Evangelical Church, Reverend Paul Yayra Aniewu has
urged citizens and humanity in general to do more to
their neighbours irrespective of their origin in order
to foster a united society in the world.
He said there should be no form of discrimination
against neighbours for whatsoever because that could
be the source of animosity and rebellion in many
societies of today.
Rev. Aniewu said this when he delivered the sermon to
climax a thanksgiving service to the glory of God in
honour of his ordination into the Christian ministry
at Likpe –Kukurantumi.
Preaching the sermon on the theme, “Arise and Shine”
culled from Isaiah 60: 1 of the Holy Bible, Rev.
Aniewu stressed the need for every human being to
reflect into his own of life and to rededicate one
self to goodwill to mankind.
He thanked his teachers, mother, brothers and the
family members for jointly doing their best in
building him up to the present level.
An overwhelming attendance was registered at the
church service which was attended by church choirs
from the Global Church from New Ayoma and New Baika,
the youth band and choir from the local E.P Church and
Catholic Church.
Well wishers presented gifts to him at the function.
